COUNSELLING-IV FOR VACANT/LEFT OVER SEATS IN COLLEGES OF EDUCATION:
Counseling I, II &III will be conducted by the University in an online mode. If the seats still remain vacant after Counselling-III in ITTR/ Govt. Aided/Self Finance Scheme (SFS) Colleges of Education then Counselling-IV (Physical Counselling) will be conducted by the respective colleges/institutes at their own level but with the condition that only those students will be considered who are already registered on the university admission portal. No separate information will be sent to any candidate in this regard. College/Institute wise waiting list of the registered candidates will be provided by the approved hired agency. Candidates who have not registered themselves on the university Admission Portal will not be considered in any case for admission. College/Institute will update the list of admitted students on the admission portal after each round of counselling including Counselling-IV (Physical Counselling). Fresh applications can only be invited when the list of all registered candidates is exhausted. Last cut-off date for admission is 30.09.2026; No admission shall be made thereafter, so that the academic calendar of the university/ NCTE adhered to.
